One offs like this one are pretty expensive to make and having random chrome hailstorms would probably have caused a riot.
At the end of the day we didn't want to go back to chrome. We did chrome in 2009 and it was great but we wanted something different. Besides, the black Hailstorm looks great. I was looking at mine just last night.
Mind you, that's not to say certain pieces were not given the once off treatment. :shifty:
