Title: Need help.. ID these 2 figures!

I found these 2 bozos in a Joe lot some months ago.. I did some research on the net, but nothing! Who are they and where they come from??

Wow they used the same mold for the whole figure minus the head.

I think those are very early Corps figures. I do recall seeing the blonde bearded figure before.

They almost look like knock offs of some sort.

I'm pretty sure they're from a bootleg line called Commando or Command or something like that.

I had a bunch carded in the shop before for $2.00 each... there was one that looked like Hitler if I remember right.... really lame figures.

I swear they look like two guys I work with.  If I can somehow find an excuse to take their picture......it's uncanny.

Eh, maybe.. but I don't know what they look like! I saw Mike 1 or 2 times at the last con (and he doesn't look like that figure btw  ::)) but that's it! I've never seen Pete and Condor..
