I'm sad because the Montreal Canadien lost the final game against Boston, but I am even more sad for not to be the guy behind this picture:

He is Cradea2 and he takes some incredible shot! I'm always impressed when I see people with talent like that!
Please, share your pictures of your GI Joe/Cobra into action!

FIrst two are my favourite. The third one has a "viewmaster" feel to it!!!!! ;D
-
You know, that AVAC on the third picture is going to DIE because he's decided that he didn't want to wear the parachute that he came with ::)

Not in the comic book, not in the comic book. Cobras and Joes can die like flies...
EDIT: Hehe, for some reason, that last pic of Avac surviving didn't refresh on my screen...

I like the NO SMOKING sign on this one ;D

Actually, that first shot is from a joe photo artist named Outrider (aka cradea2, for Craig and Deanne). You can see his work here http://www.joedios.com/dioramas/search. ... chid=56161 (http://www.joedios.com/dioramas/search.php?do=searchresults&searchid=56161) Tragically, we lost Outrider last May to bowel cancer, and I just went through the site to remember. That's the best link I can find of his work. Outrider was a photo pioneer and much beloved member of the JoeDios family. Didn't know him well, myself, but he serves as the Gold Standard of Joe Photography to many. Hope that fellow Dio members don't mind me posting this here.

I don't recall seeing his work before, though i suspect I have.
His loss is even more profound when I say that his artistry is exceptional. He's taken some items that were so-so and made them cool, all by mere camera angles.
His photo of the Night adder is an excellent example--heck, all of his aircraft shots are fantastic.

WOW, they are such Great Pics!
-
Craig was the best photographer on Joe Dios, he was the most active member and was very gracious to everyone, offering feedback, encouragement to almost every photo that was posted. He was a true artist, and a true gentleman. I have actually lost alot of my motivation to do pics since he died, I'm coming around though, he is still missed. RIP Outrider.

i wanna know how he did his 'flying pics'...
