Not all retail stores will tell you this... at least BBTS is warning us... big time! :shifty:
I love USA, you can't play with a toy before 16, but you can handle a real gun at 12... ::)

This is not the U.S. government's or Hasbro's warning it is BBTS's own policy because they want to cater to the collector market and not be accountable to people who give the toy to their kids.

6 years old, ok... 10 years old, maybe. But 16 years old! C'mon! We can drive a car at 16!
I just though it was funny. I have nothing against American people!

Their warning makes perfect sense to me. They don't only carry Joes in their store which is why it's a general warning, regardless if it's a Skystriker toy. If you browse other items in their store, the same policy should appear on the screen anyway.

Their warning makes perfect sense to me.
Good for you!

I thought it was a typo

Don't get me wrong. I thought it was quite excessive and funny too! Most kids under 16 wouldn't be ordering online without their parents involvement anyway.
