Has anyone seen Episode III yet and what did you think?

I saw it today and thought it was pretty good except for the acting and no real character developement.  There was no point for Chewbacca to be in the movie :wink:

I haven't watched the 2nd one yet. But I have item to watch them later when the craze dies off.

so do I. Maybe I'll see it in one or two weeks. I guess its enough time for all the diehard fans in brown bathrobes to see it :)

Meanwhile I have a SW game on my pc that really captivates me these days

Ha, you guys are too much.

Same thing happened with Attack of the Clones. So many people were "avoiding the craze" that the lines weren't long at all.

I showed up an hour early for Episode III last night and... was the first person in line.

I thought it was a good movie. Really dark. I rank the first 3 up there with the last 3. I don't see how the original series can be so sacred and the new series can be so awful.

Jon is right, I saw the movie opening day and theater was only half full.  Mind you I did go when everyone was at work or school.  And I didn't even dress up!
