that doesn't say awhole lot of good for the Arashikage martial arts. the final technique (the 7th?) must not really work so well.

And came away as impressed with it the second time around as the first?
Yep.

Which is to say, not at all.
The only thing more "mature" about it was having more people die, which I still say is a worthless replacement for things like intelligent storytelling, of which Resolute was completely devoid of.

I never want to see a Resolute cartoon ever again.
I would, however, love to see GIJoe go an Animated route, with stylized designs and incredibly awesome tales filled with easter eggs to even the most obscure bits of Joe fiction (sticker books, storybooks, what have you).

Are you talking like Justice League animated or more again Sigma 6 style?

I stand corrected, but that's from the movie. I personally refuse to acknowledge knowing anything abut that. Cobra la BOO!!!

I don't know, I've watched the cartoon quite a bit and I've never seen anyone get hurt or killed while driving the havoc. Seems safe to me ;D

Manitoba & Saskatchewan / Re: Next Wave of RoC figures finally made it.

Tru on Regent also now has Bench-press some ROC snow serpents and a few more things it was hard to check it all out since my 1 1/2 year old was running away. They are having a 3 figures for $20 sale. Plus the pit has been marked down as stated in other provinces.

Patriot Grizzly - looks good but I don't own.
Sky Sweeper Jet - would have been perfect if it was a little bigger.
Thunderwing Jet - seriously this thing is to sweet and probably is my fave of these 5.!
Jungle Strike Humvee - awesome
ROCC - another one I don't own but think has alot of great playability elements.

For Sale or Trade / Re: ok before the hate mail comes

I understand all that. All I'm saying is for me, if I wanted something that badly I'd make sure I was there when it was first sold. If your thinking of spending $500+ it would probably be worth the trip to the con.  There will never be a toy or set, in my opinion, worth that kinda money.  Not even a Flagg, and for me that's the reality of my finances.  If others can afford it all the power to them and the seller. Would I want that con set. Yes, but not for that kinda cash.

looking good on chacal noir, although I can see some green in his legs where they attach to his hip section but its a minor point. Great work though keep it up.

I haven't seen these in Winnipeg at all, but I'll be honest I really only look for Joe items. I've seen pictures in the Sears catalogue  and thought they looked pretty sweet though. How is the quality of the plastic? Warp? flimsy? can you post some pics for scale with some joes?
