Roadblock's chest just doesn't do it for me on Tommy... and his skin and face look very non-asian...
And from afar, CLASSIFIED's head looks like a Guile head with a Crosshair boonie hat.

I'll be picking up a few of both packs for customizing, assuming that I can get them at a reasonable price. I love the recon pack, and I'll certainly be filling it out with Wade, Dickie and Ramon.

they are DTC (aka through Hasbro's website).  Hopefully, early in 2006, Canadians can order through there online.
