Custom 25th Black Ice?

At first I thought it might of been NeoDragonKnight just having a problem logging in or something. So I'm "assuming" it's not yours, is it Neo?

No sir not me, Im still trying to figure out how to do Black Ices head.  I believe that very well done custom was done by NFC whom Ive met in the seal team 6 boards.
