Hey, I know this site is about the 3 3/4 joes that most of us grow up with.

Lately I took an interest to the older aventure team and I got the Black spider Rendez vous that was reissued in 2002. Man the 70's sure were funky and being born in 78 made me miss a few cool toys :)

The figure is a joe with hair wearing a black suit and he flies around using that helicopter backpack that spins at the press of a button, its really cool.

I'm glad I bought it. How about you guys? Do you have some classic joes too or do you strickly stick to the 3 3/4 lines?

Yeah, I have some 12' Joes but for the most part I'm really only into the small ones. At the con this year I did buy a 12' re-issue of the talking adventure commander, but that was really because when I was young I had the black version of this figure I just had to hear the phrase "I have a tough assignment for you again"
I do have an olded Eagle Eye joe but right now that is in my parents attic with all my other loose 12' Joes.
