would it be possible to have a digital copy of the wraparound cover art for the comic in wallpaper size, please?

sans the issue no./date box and title, for preference...

Due to people in the past using the CJC artwork for their own benefits (Custom card art, selling of prints, etc) I would say the answer is no.
However, it is Loops art, and he is free to do with it as he wishes, so he can post and make the final choice.

May I ask why you want the art without any logo, etc.

just think the art looks cool and prefer it sans indica. i have a lot of cover art from Marvel comics and Bat titles i use as wallpaper...
