Batman dark knight rises

I just got back from an early showing of this film and I gotta say, it was awesome. I knew about the film but after the second movie I didn't think they could top it. I'm not sure if it's better then 2 but it sure as heck is close.

It was so good I didn't even realize it was almost 3 hours long.

I won't spoil it. I'm just saying it was one of the better movies I've seen in a long time.

Saw it this afternoon and had a great time.
The voices are weird. Bale's growling as Batman once again and Bane sounds like Sean Connery.
My girlfriend though that he sounded like Optimus Prime.

Anyways, good way to close the trilogy.

i saw a midnight screening the other night too, was dieing at work today because of it, but was worth it.  Not as good as the last movie but a great way to end the series.

Such different movies though, aside from being a super hero movie, they are aiming for totally different things and feel...Both are good imo but its apples and oranges.

well, true. like someone on FB said: you could swap Batman, Bane et al for normal characters and the Bat flicks would still work, but Avengers is an unashamed comic-book movie which wouldn't work with non-costumed characters in.
