I really like it how the comic story took the form of a PSA with a special twist ;D

Great newsletter as usual (and I'm not just saying that because I have an article in it).

So here's a question for everyone - did you read any of Devil's Due's or Dreamwave's Joe/Transformer books?  If so, what did you think?
I only read DDP's WWII take on it. I only picked it up because it was such a drastic change from anything we've seen before. I really enjoyed the character designs for both franchises. Snake Eyes throwing dice to give his name was cheesey but the story overall was good and the art, especially the covers were drool worthy.

I usually don't like re-imaginings but I really liked the Dreamwave WWII series.  I would say it's the best transformers/joe crossover done and it was just plain interesting.

Now the original transformers/joe marvel crossover was lousy.  Completed mischaracterized the joes we knew well from the Hama comics.  As I remember, Hawk had casual sex with a woman and there was smoking and profanity (issue 2 I think it was).
