Other boards are now reporting both waves at Walmarts in the States---mostly east coast too and Texas.  May maybe Ollyeller can verify.  The real kicker is one person boasts the figures scanned in at $3.50 each.   Could Hasbro be clearancing the figures to Walmart?

I hope not! That store may have cleared out the earlier waves and did not adjust the price back when they were all gone.
