Sneak Peek's sudden resurrection was actually what made me drop the title. I've heard often since then that he's become one of the best parts about the series, and I really feel I need to give it another go.

You should pick it up again, or at least wait for the trade to read it in one shot.  I contemplated dropping the title with the brainwave scanner b.s.  Now we've got some Russian Arashikages and some hi-tech cyborg ninjas.  Larry has done a good job and changing the direction of G.I. Joe.  It is very different than what he did in the 80's and the good work that DDP and IDW have done/doing.
