Well the upper legs are a Hiss drivers legs so maybe. Also, the armoured cycle and Hiss Scout were sold in the same case so it's possible it's the Ashiko head. It's the lower legs that surprise me the most. If I'm right then they are Wraith's legs. That would give some very cool parts to work with.

Since Cobra already has the HISS scout, I would much prefer a Cobra version of the Armored Cycle! That would be super cool!
However, traction does not have the holes on his armor to connect the parts, so that is unlikely.

Thanks for pointing out the head source, Emags. I didn't realize that Ashiko's head was reused from another figure. Now if I were better at identifying parts, I'd know based on the rest of the figure whether the head came from Ashiko or Flash.
