Thanks for running a great show this year. It was a blast meeting the soul of GI Joe, Larry Hama! I hope everyone had an awesome time.

Thank you all for coming this year! It was a great day, with lots to see and do - but without you all coming, it would be all for nothing! It takes the fans to truly make it a success, and you were all up to the call.
Thanks again, on behalf of the Joecanuck and Joe Meet staff.

It was great be have a chance to meet some of the board members! It was a very well run event.
The boys were very excited about it and are still taking about it. Who wouldn't be - within the first half hour, they got to go to the Freebie table, were given a MOC 25th and then a MOC Star Wars figure by Mark.
Thanks again all who put it together.
Paul

I am amazed at how far the meet has come along since the days of it being beneath a bowling alley. This year was a HUGE step forward and Mike and Ed as well as Ryan, Charles, Jason, Denise and everyone else who worked hard on this thing deserves a big pat on the back. I had a great time yesterday (tho a tad disappointed I did not get a Snowbank figure - at least I got the artwork) and anxiously anticipate next year's event.
I am also pleased that the customs displays, the speed-painting contest and the Joe wrestling tournament continue to this day.

I think the event was perfect. There was always something going on, but not so much that anything overlapped and you mised anything. The location was great and Larry Hama was just a great guy. I'm not just saying that as a fan boy either. Larry is easy to listen too talk and you can really see what a real guy he is, and not just 'the guy who made ARAH what it is". Plus he has an great sense of humour, isn't that right Viper Lord? As for the vendors. Wow. There was something for everyone and the deals were amazing. I heard a few of our American friends comment on how much cheaper things were at the Canadian Joe meet then at other toy shows and conventions. Hech, there was a couple of huge $2.00 bins filled with army builders (no weapons). I know I filled up on a lot of different vipers. Heck, I could go on but I have a big stack of new G.I. Joe toys that need my attention.

This has been the best convention that I have ever gone to, and this includes the ones in the States. I got to meet some new people in person but also missed alot of others due to the time I got there and amount of activity going. It was great to shoot the shit with alot of people about the hobby. And incase your wondering, look what is next to Prime

I had a great time too. Got to see some friends from last year, met a few new people who were awesome, found a bunch of great deals and trades, and had a great conversation with Hama about the 'Nam comic.
Thanks to everyone who put in the time and effort to organize it!

Like everyone else said it was a great meet for sure, and a big thank you to the Joecanuck staff for organizing it. I admit that I was more after 25A stuff which was a little scarce in comparison to the vintage figs, but if you were after vintage figs then that was the place to be. Definitely looking forward to next year's event. What do people think about name cards with your name and forum nickname on them? I knew some people there but not necessarily by their real names. Barely got a glimpse of Pete - he was holding a Cobra vehicle like it was his first born on his way out
