Mike/other moderators

I've done quite a few reviews on here now, and I try to do at least two a day whenever I'm off.  People seem to enjoy them (and I enjoy writing them), so I was wondering about a "Reviews-only" section.  And of course it wouldn't have to be just me, let everyone review something if they want to.  It can only encourage discussion and debate about our favorite Joe toys, and would put all the reviews in one easy-to-browse section!  It would also encourage site traffic, because there have been plenty of times in the past where I've gone to say, GeneralsJoes just for the reviews.  So, whaddaya say?   Grin

I would like to second Olyeller's motion. While I don't think I could write a review, I still think It's a great idea and it could be also be a great spot on the boards to talk about current product. But I think there shouldn't be multiple reviews on the same item by different members, unless it's all part of the same thread.  And correct me if I'm wrong, but It could also be a clearly defined way of giving members the option to react to past Joecanuck newsletter reviews so that ongoing discussion around those specific reviews can be encouraged too.

Looking at the original posters of all the threads in that section, I'd say YOU are the man.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the kind words.  I have had a lot of fun doing my reviews, and hopefully they'll eventually become a resource for Joe fans everywhere.  Now I can refer to earlier reviews and people don't have to go through 10 pages to find them.  Plans for the future: obviously, reviewing all the new stuff as it comes out...& I also have this crazy idea of going through all my Joe vehicles and reviewing every one.  It'll take time, but it would make JoeCanuck THE Joe vehicle review spot.  I'm sure a lot of peeps would like to see figures too, but 1. That would REALLY take forever and 2. My vintage figure collection is far from complete & I am in fact looking to unload it.
