Thank you to
everyone that attended and helped out with the 2008 Canadian Joe Meet. We
had our best year yet, and have already started planning next years Canadian
Joe Convention. (Yes, this was the last "Joe Meet"). A very special thank
you to our guests: Mark Bellomo, Larry Hama, and Hasbro Canada. The day just
wouldn't of been complete without all 3 of you in attendance, thank you.
We're working on setting up the 2008 Canadian Joe Meet section on the site
complete with pictures and video, hopefully we'll have it completed by this
weekend. In the meantime, be sure to check out the "Post Meet" reports in
this thread here. We hope you all enjoyed yourself! Be sure
to check out the newsletter at the link above, and be back here on the 12th
of May for issue #5!

Hasbro Canada has once again given us the opportunity to ask them questions,
which they will answer via a presentation at the Canadian Joe Meet on April
19th! Ask your questions in this thread, and the top 10 to 15 (depending on the
responses) will be sent to Hasbro. You only have until Tuesday, April the
8th at 10pm EST. After that we will hold 2 days of voting before sending the
questions to them. Thanks again to Hasbro Canada!

We have some great news to tell you all about today! It's so good,
I'm just going to tell you : LARRY HAMA
has written the file card bio for this years Official Figure: SNOWBANK!
The man responsible for the file cards of all the Joes and Cobras in the
80's and 90's has now included Snowbank in the G.I. Joe mythos! We'll be
debuting a portion of Larry's excellent file card write up in the April Newsletter!
JoeCanuck.com would like to thank Larry for not only doing this for us,
but doing such an excellent job! Thank you Larry! We'll have a few figures
put up for pre-order next week. It will only be available for pre-order if
you're signed up on the mailing
list. So make sure you're on it!

Issue #3 of the JoeCanuck.com Newsletter is now available - A DAY EARLY!
What's so special about THIS issue?.... Well, for starters you can check
out the ACTUAL figure for the 2008 Canadian Joe Meet - "Snowbank"! He's on
the first page, and a little hard to miss. ;-) But maybe the best part
about this issue, is the fact that Hasbro Canada has chosen JoeCanuck.com
to debut the new Canadian packaging for the 25th line!! Images are posted
in this months newsletter, and they look great!! The Joe Meet is just
over a month away now, and we still have some things to show you before then!
