Yup!
Bought two Low-Lights for $22.76 tx included.

The also have a MOTUC He-Man and Skeletor along some other characters for those who might want them.

Yes they do.
They have (opened?) boxed vehicles behind the counter and some vintage figures in a cabinet near the modern Joes.

Wave 2, 3 and 4 sighted at Metro Video downtown Montreal.
They're $15 each  ::) I guess it beats ordering a figure on Ebay

A lot of PoC figures (wv 1-2-3) available at the Zellers in Valleyfield.. I saw 3 or 4 Shock Troopers there, no AVs though! I've also found some RoC toys on liquidation (-40% I think)
There was also 3 ST at the Wal-Mart in the same city.. some AWE Strikers and Ice Cutters too!

No sign of wave 4..
