whelp, I'm happy for those fans who like PP and TF, but this is a sure pass for me too.

On the other hand, I'm glad to see Hasbro throwing Joecanuck a bone every now and then - this stuff, and the G.I. Joe/Cobra 5-packs coming out soon.  I think Joecanuck got the exclusive!

These are Target Exclusives, so don't expect to see them here.

And we didn't get sent these exclusively, the email gets sent out to all sites simultaneously, I just happened to be sitting at my desk when it came in and had a few minutes to upload and post them

I always thought the Python Viper was a great repaint...and the Conquest really lame. S'pose I'll have to live without a 25th PV. A third repaint of Bill is also a pass.

Though I admit if we had Target in Canada I would have bought all of their earlier exclusives.

Ooooh. Can you hear those secondary market prices drop? I saw that bad boy got for $120 at a show and both sides were happy with the transaction. This will be a great chance for people that were interested in the tiger rat to pick one up on the cheap. It should make some people very happy, and drive some speculators mad...

Because it comes with another Wild Bill (who is on my will not buy against my will list) I wouldn't pick it up, even if I liked Tiger Force - which regular readers of the newsletter will know - I am not. Shame that Skystriker (the figure) couldn't make an appearance with the WW mold and ace head.

My only real problem with this release is that they seem to have bound the feet on the python viper, and that does pretty much irreversible damage to the figure. (Think about the comic pack elastics). I hope that this is just a packaging proto thing, or the only thing that viper is going to be able to do is sit in the plane.

But that box art makes me want to drool. They are really nailing the packaging this year.

They should have at least given Bill a proper fighter pilot jumpsuit. The green is getting closer but really, it's a very easy pass. At least they didn't strand Ripcord or Airborne as a Target exclusive, I'd have seen red.

While it's cool to see a Tiger Force vehicle and extra cool to see Wild Bill done up in colours similar to the unreleased Tiger Force Wild Bill that was supposed to be released instead of Tiger Force Recondo back in the day, I'm not sure I'm in the market for a Tiger Rat.

Pay no mind to these heretics, this is great news.  I already have a PP Conquest, but a new one is always welcome.  Also, a chance to get the Tiger Rat?  I'm in. 

I figured Hasbro would try and use the molds again, and thankfully they did it with my two favourite subgroups.  I wish they would have used Skystriker instead of Wild Bill, but otherwise great news.
