...I ask this question mainly because I just want to brag.  One of my best friends, Logan Ondrusek, made the opening day roster this season with the Cincinnati Reds after spending a few years in the minors.   Logan's a 6'8" (!) 225 lb pitcher who is one of the few people that makes my big 6'4" ass look short.  He made his first MLB appearance on opening day, throwing one inning for no hits or runs on 9 pitches.  If you look on the Reds' roster, he's #66.

To say that I am a little bit PUMPED about all this would be a massive understatement.  And yes, it feels pretty good to be friends with a pro baseball player

We only have 1 baseball team left here, the Blue Jays.  We lost our Expos to Washington a few seasons back. I still remember being at a bar watching Joe Carter hit the homerun to win the World Series back in '93. All of us rushed the streets and celebrated for hours!

Blue Jays fan here.  But it's hard to pumped up about baseball anymore due to the Yankees and Red Sox.  MLB needs a salary cap.
