General Bandor is Destro's royal advisor, and is in charge of the Castle Control. He also advises the iron grades Force, and is very wise, though he can be very overprotective and opinionated at times.
He is the commander of the Castle of Destro's crew, once the Castle became battle-worthy, and especially once it transforms into the Fortress. General Bandor remains the same as before but is now more affiliated with the Cobra's alliance than before.
His biggest role was, when Destro was on trial for treason, he spoke for him in his defense, which resulted in finding Destro "not guilty".The Joe's didn't like how that trial played out, that day,
