It was great. I had a great time. I had never been to one and was surprised by how many people there were. I arrived around 10:30 and stayed until about 3pm. Unfortunately, I didn't bump into any JoeCanuckers.
I got Mr Hama and Mr Trimpe to sign my copies of Special Missions #17 and 28 (My favorite issues). Mr Hama also signed my MoC 25th wave 1 Snake Eyes. He was sketching in between autographs and offered up them up at 20$ a piece. I'm now the proud owner of a one-of-a-kind Larry Hama Snake Eyes sketch. It's already framed. It looks great on my wall. My only regret is I should have asked for a Storm Shadow as well. Oh well, maybe next year.

As Latinjoe22 and SnakeEyesOnAPlane mentionned there are lots of Joes for sale. I saw some Resolute packs at 40$ and lots of PoC. I picked up a wave 2 Dusty for 8$ from Toys on Fire. He had all of wave 1 and 2 singles and wave 2 Bravos (Fury, Vamp). He also had Alley-Vipers, but at 25$ each, I skipped them.

Non-Joe stuff, there is the Delorian from Back-to-the-Future. It isn't the original from the movie, it's a fan made replica but it's very authentic looking. I got to see Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) and Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) from Star Wars and got to talk to Brent Spiner (Data) from Star Trek TNG. They were signing autographs for 35$ a pop. Elvira was there as well. I swear, she looks exactly the same as she did 25 years ago.

Of course, there were a lot of costumes. The red Spartan (from Halo) and several Stormtroopers, a Snowtrooper and a Biker scout, Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader were particularly impressive.
I recommend it to anyone who hasn't gone yet. I'll be there next year for sure.
