40$ for a custom figure.. yeah sure, count on me! 
In all fairness, it's not a custom... it's actually a bootleg that the original seller calls a "custom" to avoid being kicked off ebay since bootlegs aren't allowed there.
having said that - if it were an actual hand-made custom, $40.00 isn't a bad price depending on the work put into it. I've sold some of my hand made customs as high as $440.00 U.S. in the past, via ebay.
