Help me identify this vehicle please

So i was browsing my national Ebay equivalent and found a junklot



Could somebody tell me what the vehicle in the foreground is called? I like how it looks ( although it looks epicly incomplete)

Btw while digging through my storage i found some stuff i had stacked away



This is not everything i own a lot more transformers/Star wars /Jurassic park this is just what i came across

Hey Trash, take a look for the Dino-Hunter version of this vehicule (1993).. I think you'll like it!  ;D It looks silly but it's a great mix between Joes and JP!
