The past 2 Christmas' I have given my son G.I. Joe. This year I gave him a bunch of POC figures. I had bought 3 sets of Rip Attack vehicles to keep around for presents when they were on clearance in the spring. The only one I had left was a Tiger Snake and I threw it in his stocking. Christmas morning he is opening all his presents and Joes and he asked me where the Street Viper was. I went through the packaging and it looked like the package was already opened. The figure/accessory bag was missing. So this vehicle, that was sitting on my shelf for months was missing the figure and the machine gun. So I am mad about this. I hope someone was really desperate to have a Street Viper to pull this kind of stunt. I am trying to get my son interested in G.I. Joe and he was upset that he never got his figure. The only bright side is that it happened to me, and I have a bunch of extra packaged Joes laying around so I gave him Wave 3 POC Snake Eyes to make it up to him. But what if this happened to a "new" G.I. Joe fan? I hope the parents would not figure all of us Joe collectors are figure stealing, accessory nabbing, part swapping scum bags

(sorry kind of angry there).
Last year the same thing happened with the Steel Crusher I bought him. The stickers were already applied to the Hummer and 2 of the missles were missing.
I don't want it to become buyer beware where I have to check the packaging before I purchase the toys. But it may prevent future disappointment. Thanks for reading this rant. This situation made me mad and I wanted to get it off my chest.
