Heh, if I took a timbit for every wrong answer so far I'd have plenty of them :P

Good guesses so far but no dice.

Recapping which character I'm recreating:

He's part of the Joe Team, seen in the 80's Marvel comic run along with the Sunbow cartoon.

... also ...

Was a figure available in stores, originally released sometime in the 80's.
