Here are the recipes. I have enough parts left over to make some more firefighters, so I think I'll make a team.

Duke:
Head, hands: PoC wave 3 Duke
Torso, arms: Greatest Battle Duke
Legs, Kneepads, Pistol, Silencer, Knife: PoC Cobra Trooper
Vest: PoC Steel Brigade
Helmet, goggles: PoC Dusty
Backpack: 25th Airborne
Flag,Bandolier: 25th Duke
Binoculars: 25th Comic Pack Duke
Guns: 30th Lifeline, PoC Steel Brigade, 25th Snowjob
Stand: RoC Desert Duke

Firefighter:
Head, mask: 25th Torpedo
Torso, arms, vest: PoC Snow Job
Legs: RoC Ice Viper
Helmet: True Heroes Firefighter (from a 5-pack) dremelled out.
Extiguisher, cone: PTE
Axe: PoC Blowtorch
Hydrant: Mighty World
Backpack: 30th Airtight
Jaws of Life: 25th Ripper
Misc Accessories: TRUE Firefighter 5-pack
