Yep that is some bullshit pricing on DIRE Hawk.

I just got the call for my HAL from EBGames today.   Had to plunk down the cash for Slaughter & Triple T recently as well.  Oh and the Crimson SNAKE.   Jesus a bunch of big purchases.

So much stuff is getting released and combine that with the price increase and I am pretty much only sticking with Classified as something I will try and keep up with going forward.   Everything else will be cherry picking.

Oh and I will try and get as much as I can on sale.

Too bad in Canada we don't have Ross Con. They have great deals in the USA.

The closest I ever saw to anything like ROSS, was when Winners had the 25th Anniversary figures for a couple of dollars each.  I picked them all up even if I didn't need them only because they were so cheap.

Actually I lucked out last week at my local Walmart.

For whatever reason they downsized the Hasbro display shipper they had which had TFs, Classified, ML and SW:BS figures.   So they moved most of what was leftover to another standee but not most of the remaining Classified figures.

So I found them in the clearance section and got Retro Wild Bill, Retro Techno-Viper (x2), Airtight, Sundown and Overkill all for $5 each!!!!!!!

They actually had the $5 clearance sticker on them, but then rang up full price.   I had to wait about 10 minutes before a manager came over and did the authorization because the price difference between the clearance price and the full price was so great the system wouldn't let the associate do it, only a manager could.

Thankfully they didn't give me any grief about it (and I was super polite, nice and patient).


So I finally did get some kind of super clearance deal on Classified.

It has been 2 years since I last saw classified at either of the 2 walmarts near me.  I think it was the wave with Torch.
